Rubber shear isolator

The JGD rubber shear isolator is made up of internal and external steel bushing and synthetic rubber in the middle. After vulcanization, the rubber part of the middle cone is subjected to shear force, which has large deformation range and low natural frequency. The working temperature range is from -5 to +50 C. When the temperature changes, the stiffness is also changed, and the damping ratio is C/Cc>0.07. For pump, compressor, ventilator, generator set, refrigerator and other mechanical equipment, active isolation and negative vibration isolation of instruments, good vibration isolation effect is achieved.
